The Goldenstate College family extends their warmest congratulations to Dr. Warren A. Manilay, MNSA, Ph.D for successfully completing his Doctorate Degree in Philosophy in Peace and Administration at the University of Bicol in Legazpi City. With his paper entitled “Thrusts of the First Sarangani Ready Reserve Battalion for Readiness and Sustainability”, he effectively defended it in front of the members of the panel who unanimously gave their nod of approval and admiration for his work.
Dr. Manilay was conferred last April 8, 2010 at the Bicol University Commencement Grounds, Legazpi City. He was accompanied by his ever supportive better half, Mrs. Sara Jane T. Manilay, and members of the staff of the college. The entire Goldenstate family is proud of you! Kudos to another shot at excellence!
