The tradition continuous………

Nine Hotel and Restaurant Management students from Goldenstate College successfully complied with the requirements to undergo an on-the-job training in Singapore this month. With the support and perseverance of the College’s Local and Foreign Internship Program Coordinator Ms. Julienne Marie T. Manilay, the students will be training in one of the biggest fast-food chain in the world, Burger King. They will be staying in Singapore for one year and will be training together with the students from different countries. Aside from gaining more experience in their field of work, they will also be receiving monthly allowance and free housing from the establishment they will be assigned to.

To further understand the Program, Goldenstate College conducted an orientation last August 4, 2010 to all the parents of the students who qualified for the training. Important information which is of their concern was discussed thoroughly by Ms. Julienne T. Manilay and Mrs. Josie Yap-Tirador MBA, the College President. Details about the whole process were provided.

This is another feather on the cap for Goldenstate College for it indeed shows that the quality of education it provides is par excellence.

From the entire Goldenstate College family, congratulations and good luck to all the 9 students bound for Singapore. We are so proud of you.
