THE WARRIORS DURING THE OPENING CEREMONIES OF THE PRISAA MEET AT LAGAO GYMNASIUMOnce again, Goldenstate College Warriors had a test of skills and might as they compete with other private universities and colleges in different sports and cultural competitions here in General Santos City for the annual PRISAA Meet. This yearly event showcases the strength and endurance of all the athletes from different schools as they all vie and go for the Gold.

Leading the Goldenstate College’s delegation is the Men’s Basketball Team and the new but determined Soccer Team. Headed by their coaches Sir Alva and Sir John Manilay respectively, both teams have taken time out to train and sweat it out to ensure victory against their opponents. Joining them also are the college’s athletes in Badminton, Taekwondo, athletics and the students who participated in the socio-cultural competitions.

The event opened up with a motorcade last November 27, 2010 from the Oval Field to Lagao Gym where the opening ceremonies were held. All the delegates from different colleges and universities participated and expressed support and cooperation for the success of the Event. The meet ends on November 30, 2010 with the selection of Mr. and Ms. PRISAA, the Turn-Over and the Closing Ceremonies.
