GOLDENSTATE COLLEGE CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF TIMELESS EXCELLENCE WITH BIG AND EXCITING EVENTS

Celebrating its 20 years of timeless excellence, Goldenstate College General Santos City will be holding two big and exciting events on February 18-20, 2011 at the Robinsons Atrium and Grounds. The events are made possible thru the collaborative efforts of the HRM and the Automotive Departments, with the support of our Finance Officer, Mrs. Sara Jane T. Manilay and our CEO, Dr. Warren A. Manilay, MNSA.


The first event, dubbed as the HRM Skills Olympics will be participated by the students of Goldenstate College together with their respective faculty coaches. The team will compete on different events such as Table Skirting. Flower Arrangement, Cake Decorating and many more. Mr. Cris Mordeno, the Academic Head of the HRM Department will chair the event. This will be on February 18, 2011 from 9:00am-6:00 at the Robinsons Atrium. So, expect the best of the best from these exciting competitions.

The second event is headed by the CEO himself, Dr. Warren A. Manilay, MNSA. Dubbed as DEKADA: Auto/Motor Show Competition, this will be participated by private car owners of General Santos City and other nearby towns and provinces as well as the different Motor Clubs in the region. For the first time, competitions on motocross, skate boarding, bikes and remote control cars will be a part of this big motor show event. This will be held at the Robinsons Grounds on February 18-20, 2011. (Click picture for the schedule of events).

Goldenstate College’s celebration of 20 years of timeless excellence is a way of thanking the people who have been a part this College as well as those who continuously support us through the years.
