Goldenstate College, Inc.

The Goldenstate College represented by the IStudy Board Secretary Dr. Warren A. Manilay, MNSA and the IStudy and Golden Empire, Inc. President Mr. Rodolfo Lee have led the signing of memorandum with the representatives of China at East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos on the Chinese Program for the Chinese students to learn English as a Second Language (ESL) with the theme: “Making South Central Mindanao Active Providers of Education to Foreign Students”.

The government officials- General Santos City Mayor Darlene Antonino- Custodio, Governor of Sarangani Province and the following government agencies; Commision On Higher Education (CHED), General Santos City Chamber of Commerce (GSCCC), Philippine National Police (PNP), Department of Tourism (DOT) Region XII and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) were invited to grace the historical event as the said are vital role-players in the realization of the Chinese program by specifically providing security measures and attending to the general welfare to the Chinese students.

Ms. Josie Yap- Tirador and Mr. Ferdinand G. Alcantara worked hand in hand in devising the program to be used for the ESL Project of which the same shall be used by all the recipients schools vis-à-vis Tarlac State University, University of Rizal System, Don Mariano Memorial State University, Central Luzon State University, Aces Tagum Davao, Joji IIagan Foundation and Goldenstate College.
