The Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management Program is a four year degree program. It addresses the needs of the Hotel industry and its subsectors such as fastfood, restaurants, resorts, and the like.It aims to produce graduates whose outlook, is on professional skills and competency are applied to the creative, responsive development of human resources thereby contributing to the development of efficient self-reliant, and authentically Filipino Hotel and Restaurant Industry. It also aims to develop graduates who are competitive and world class. In a cross-cultural dimension, the programs' distinct feature is that students are required to learn to learn two foreign languages which is necessary in the Hotel and Restaurant services industry.
