Goldenstate College, Pay and Go, and Sterling Bank sign MOA; unveil payment kiosks

Goldenstate College marked a new milestone in digital convenience as it formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Pay and Go and Sterling Bank of Asia for the installation of Pay and Go Kiosks across its campuses. The ceremonial signing and unveiling were held at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) of Goldenstate College Lagao Campus at 11:00 AM, July 14, 2025. The partnership aims to enhance the ease of financial transactions for students, faculty, and staff by providing secure, self-service kiosks for tuition payments and other school-related fees. The event was attended by key officials from Goldenstate College, including Dr. John Ralph T. Manilay, Head of the Planning and Development Office and Member of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Mary Rose S. Manilay, Payroll Officer. Members of the faculty and administrative staff were also present to witness the landmark collaboration. Representing Sterling Bank of Asia was Ms. Erlyn Joy Tao, while Ms. Rhea Ahillon represented Pay and Go. The installed kiosks are expected to streamline the payment process and minimize lines at cashiering offices, further supporting Goldenstate College’s ongoing efforts to integrate technology into its operations.
