Application Process
Visit the Campus
Go to the Registrar's Office or Admissions Office at any GSC campus. Pick up or request an application form.
Submit Requirements
Submit all required documents to the Admissions Office for evaluation. Ensure all documents are complete before submitting.
Assessment & Interview
Qualified applicants may be invited for a brief interview or assessment with the relevant college department.
Enrollment & Payment
Receive your Notice of Acceptance, select your course and schedule, and complete enrollment.
Admission Requirements
- Form 138-A (Senior High School Card / Grade 12 Report Card) with official school seal
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
- PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
- 2x2 ID Photos — 2 pcs with name tag (white background)
- 1 Long Brown Envelope
- Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
- Transcript of Records (for transferees)
