Goldenstate College strengthened its commitment to international collaboration, research, and academic linkages through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Universitas Islam Bandung (UNISBA) held at the Conference Room of UNISBA, Bandung, Indonesia on September 11, 2026.

The MOU was formally signed by Prof. Ir. A. Harits Nuโ€™man, M.T., Ph.D., IPU, ASEAN Eng., Rector of Universitas Islam Bandung, and Dr. Ferdinand G. Alcantara, Ed.D., Director for Internationalization and Research, representing Dr. Warren A. Manilay, MNSA, Ed.D., Ph.D., College President of Goldenstate College. Also present to witness the signing were Dr. Richard F. Fermocil, Ph.D., and Mr. Elmer M. Baloyo Jr., MMIT.

The partnership establishes a stronger platform for international academic cooperation, collaborative research, knowledge exchange, faculty and student engagement, and institutional linkages between Goldenstate College and UNISBA. It further supports both institutionsโ€™ shared commitment to innovation, global engagement, and the development of meaningful international partnerships that contribute to sustainable and inclusive higher education
